I originally had that divided into two brigades of 3 battalions each. I could also treat the original light infantry regiments as providing the skirmishing capacity for each brigade rather than as separate units in their own right. That would give 2 brigades of 3 and 4 battalions respectively, not that far off what I had originally set out.
