Structure of a company after the reorganisation in 1808.

  * 1 x Captain
  * 1 x Lieutenant
  * 1 x Sous-Lieutenant
  * 1 x Sergeant-Major
  * 4 x Sergeant
  * 1 x Caporal-Fourrier (Corporal-Quartermaster)
  * 8 x Corporal
  * 2 x Drummer
  * 121 x Voltigeur

Each battalion had 4 x sapeurs as part of the carabinier company with a corporal in command of the sapeurs of the regiment.
