Molgond's Cottage

If the players do successfully break in, this is what they find:

  1. The entrance room: There is a fire and a rug in this room, but it is sparsely furnished.
  2. The kitchen: This room has a stove with some sacks and barrels, and a table. The barrels and sacks have basic food items such as flour and preserved apples.
  3. The study: There are bookcases along the wall and a pair of chests along with a table scattered with indecipherable papers, there's also a couple of chairs. The chests don't contain much, it seems Molgond took anything of interest with him. There are some plates and cups, some bolts of cloth. The books are mostly standard histories. There is one indecipherable volume (it's in draconic) which if studied for at least an hour and on successful Intelligence Check against DC 15 will allow the player to translate one page (their choice which) of the Victory Book. There is also a book which outlines a brief history of the establishment of Drakeholt after the dragons disappeared.
  4. The bedroom: Basic sleeping quarters. A bed and a wardrobe with clothes.
  5. Privy: An indoor privy. The luxury.
