Myrehall is a small farming village about a day's journey from Drakeholt on the very edge of the Shadow Woods and under the lordship of Hugon. Most of the people who live here are subsistence farmers, although Molgond recently arrived from Feyharbour, taking up residence in a tumbledown cottage on the edge of the village. It's location on the main road from Feyharbour means the Myrehall supports a small single story inn, The Red Tavern with a couple of rooms for travellers stopping over on their way.

There is fairly regular traffic on the road, and although the area around and about is sparsely populated it is generally considered fairly safe.
