The dragons left the Wyrm Lands, but they did not simply die out. They were banished to a different plane of existence leaving the land to be taken over by humans although no-one now remembers this. Now the planes are drifting together again and the dragons' influence over the world is increasing. Portents are beginning to appear, strange creatures in the woods, and the world awaits the outcome.
